Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

We operate a strict 14-day return policy in line with UK Consumer Law. To be eligible, items must be returned at the customer's expense in their original, unopened packaging.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or gadgets that have been opened, used, or had their protective seals removed.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send a video of the fault to novacollectionsupport@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement.
